Position: Assembler
Department: Assembly Operations
Reports to: Production Supervisor
Pay: $17 per hour
Purpose
Maintain a positive and adaptable approach to learning new skills and be willing to support any assembly area as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble various products and prepare them for shipment.
Perform daily inventory counts and material handling tasks.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards within assigned work areas.


Requirements

Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across different functional areas.
Basic computer proficiency.
Must demonstrate competency in English reading comprehension, basic math, and mechanical aptitude through required assessments.


Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, walk, and/or stand for up to 8 hours.
Ability to bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 35 lbs.
Regularly perform repetitive motions.
Manual dexterity to assemble parts using both hands.
May require the use of hand tools.
